Size Specifications
Cabinet Height
Maximum 92" (7'8") for cabinet body, up to 98" with adjustable feet
Cabinet Width
Maximum 48" wide for structural integrity. Cabinets over 36" include center divider for strength
Cabinet Depth
• Tall & Lower cabinets: 32" (fits Costco bins)
• Upper cabinets: 20" without support
• Upper cabinets 21"-24": Need wall/cabinet support
• Upper cabinets 25"-32": Need support both sides
Drawers & Butcher Block
• Drawer max: 30" wide × 24" deep
• Butcher block: 25" deep, 92" max length
• Longer countertops: Multiple pieces
Installation Requirements
Electrical Panel Clearance
Required clearances:
• 30" minimum working space in front of electrical panels
• 6.5' minimum headroom above working space
• No cabinets or storage in required working space
• UPC designs maintain 3" minimum from obstructions
Wall-to-Wall Installations
Cabinets designed 2" shorter than measurements to ensure proper fit. Small gaps are normal and functional.
Room Size Assessment
We verify cabinet assembly space and door clearances using diagonal equations to ensure proper installation.
Obstacle Planning
Garage door rails, pipes, outlets, and other obstructions are measured and designed around with proper clearances.
Our design team handles all measurements and code compliance. We'll visit your garage to create detailed plans that work with your space and local building codes.
